  excellent location; it is hard to write what I liked. Pretty much everything! Everything was absolutely great. Would stay there again.

  The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the "only adult swimming hours in the pool from 1700 - 1900". We spent all day walking around and wanted to go for a little swim with my 15 month old baby but had to leave because of the "adults only". Well, he goes to bed at 1930 so that didn't work for us very well. Plus, there was only one person in the pool anyway. And at 1900 all the kids from the hotel came there and it was absoutely crazy. So yeah, didn't like this at all.

  Location was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the view from the room. Staff tried to get us near each other in the rooms. Lovely place!

  When first checking in , I was told I had a King bed and then a few minutess later they said those were all gone. Two people working on the check-in at the same time. a bit confusing.

  The reason I stayed at this hotel was, the compnay that I work for actually had their National meeting there for a week. My husband came from Nanaimo and both of us stayed there on Sunday, June 12. The location of this hotel was very convenient to take in the sites of Victoria's harbour front, the Parliment bld, etc. And then we noticed that the ferries to the us are right in front of your hotel. We are thinking about taking a trip on one of those ferries, and will look at staying at your hotel. The staff are definitely a major plus for your hotel. Everyone was so great, even in your restaurant. There is a gentleman that works there, Timothy, in the restaurant. He is just absolutely fantastic. The Hotel itself is very pretty and clean, both inside and out. Thank you very much.

  The only thing, really, was the price. I feel that it is expensive, and there is nothing included, not even breakfast. Apart from that, we liked the hotel and staff.

  The hotel is right beside the Parliment (VIctoria), the locatiion is excellent. The room is comfortable and clean. Good view to see the port.

  There is no free parking, a bit inconvenient~

  Great location, we parked our car and didn't use it for 3 days! Short walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, and the inner harbour. We had a nice room for a reasonable cost. Good views from the Pacific view room! Would stay here again.

  The only thing that was an inconvenience was that the hotel pool was out of service for renovations. But this was understandable.

  The room was very comfortable and the view of the Victoria was beautiful in all directions. The room was spacious and well decorated.

  The room needed a small fridge and microwave for reheating coffee or making hot water for tea. THe pool was not available which was disappointing.

  I didn't realize that the recreational facilities (e.g., pool) were not available.

  Excellent loation.Easy acsess to city and the beach.prestejous and comfort.

  There is no bank atm machine bank neer the hotel to withrow cash. No leavlets or brochors about the recommended locations to be seen by visitors.We already plned to go butchad garden but no signs in the hotel about these tour or any recomended historical locations.
